$180 per 60-minute session
Insurance
I do NOT participate on any insurance plans. However, I am able to provide a statement that includes the details needed for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your contract with your insurance carrier. Please check your coverage carefully and ascertain whether it includes an out-of-network reimbursement feature.
- Sliding Scale: available on a limited basis and after mutually reviewing the need for sliding scale.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
